All of our beachfront rooms (4) are facing our private beach and pool (15 meters away) They have king size beds (Sleepyhead) screened windows and screened veranda doors, electric ceiling fans, private bathroom with toilet, hot and cold water in the shower, small safe, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, coffee plunger, two burner cook top and electric kettle. Each room has its own deck with table and chairs.
The rooms have one king bed that can be split to make two singles and one extra smaller bed. It is made to accommodate a family of 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults. 2 children is sometimes allowed but please contact us directly for that. (Cots and roll-away’s available)

Family Unit can accommodate up to four person, it is the newest and most popular room in Mystic Sandss. It is not on the beach itself but in a second story overlooking the beachfront room with great view on the waterway leading into Neiafu harbour. The room has a separate bedroom (king size bed) and two single beds in the living area -

The Beach House is perfect place to spend and enjoy the tropical sun, white sand, and crystal clear water. It is very spacious and has a private setting with great views. House is meant for two couples or families but extra beds can be added on request.

Mystic Sands
Mystic Sands is a true gem in Vava’u Tonga. Situated right on the beach with its own pier for pickup to go diving, whale watching, sailing or sports-fishing, you can spend your whole vacation without having shoes on. It is a relaxed owned and run motel style accommodation. We will always do our best to make you welcome!! The owners, Kjell & Adriana are originally from Norway and Ecuador. We can tell you all about how and why we ended up in Tonga when you get here.
Our hotel is well-located, being a 20-minute drive from Vava’u airport and only a 10-minute drive from Neiafu centre. Taxis and rental cars are available.
