LAPAHA ROYAL PALACE & SCENIC DRIVE
Combine an informative overview of Nuku’alofa with the exploration of the island’s eastern region in this delightful half-day experience. First visit will be to the magnificent veranda style the Royal Palace. You will then visit the resting place of King George Tupou 1 and the rest of the late members of the Tongan Royal Families. You will then continue on to Captain Cook’s landing place and visit will be to the King’s old Palace at the ancient capital of Tonga at Lapaha village. You will lastly view the giant trilithon at the last village located at the end of the eastern side of Tongatapu.
