Capture many fascinating sights of Nuku’alofa on film, but be sure to ask permission before taking any photographs of the local people.
Table service will be served at the Fafa Island. Please note that drinks in not included.
Some locally made Handicrafts and Souvenirs can be purchased from the stalls on the wharf at the conclusions of your tour. Foreign Currency Exchange is available at the Wharf.
WHAT YOU SEE ALONG THE WAY
Along the way, you will pass by church, sacred burial grounds, bars, restaurant and accommodation.
- Local buses are used for transportation from Queen Salote wharf to Jetty (Tuimatamoana). These buses are very basic and have neither air conditioning nor public address system. A boat will then take you from Jetty to Fafa Island and back.
- Restroom facilities may be rustic.
- Please wear your swimsuit and bring snorkel equipment, change of clothing, a hat, insect repellent, sun glasses and bring along some sunscreen and bottled water. Reef shoes are highly recommended.
